MealWheelIQ is an AI-powered dinner planning application that generates recipe suggestions based on ingredients you provide. Recipes are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended as cooking inspiration and guidance — not professional nutritional or medical advice.
To use most features of MealWheelIQ, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

MealWheelIQ offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@mealwheeliq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, contact us within 7 days of your charge at hello@mealwheeliq.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
QuickSpin is a $2.49 one-time purchase that provides a single dinner planning session without requiring an account. Results are delivered to the email address you provide. QuickSpin purchases are non-refundable once the recipe has been generated and delivered.

Recipes and meal plans generated by MealWheelIQ are created by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) based on the ingredients and preferences you provide. We do not guarantee:
You assume full responsibility for reviewing recipes before preparing them for yourself or others, particularly regarding food allergies and dietary restrictions.
Your use of MealWheelIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.
MealWheelIQ and all content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Bryan Michael Greer / ReviveIQ. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Recipes generated for you during your sessions are yours to use for personal, non-commercial cooking purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEALWHEELIQ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADVERSE REACTIONS TO FOOD, LOSS OF DATA, OR DISSATISFACTION WITH AI-GENERATED RECIPES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
